About Longnewton Web Design
My name is Joe Loughran, and I’m the owner and lead developer of Longnewton Web Design. My journey into web design started years ago when I launched a football news company. I didn’t know much about websites at the time, so I hired a developer and paid £1,500 for a drag-and-drop WordPress site. I ended up with a slow and clunky mess of a website. It was so bad it had to be rebuilt from scratch.
After being ripped off, I lost trust and decided to build it myself. I taught myself how to code and rebuilt the site properly.
My experience made me realise that many small businesses were in a difficult spot. They either couldn’t justify paying thousands upfront for a website, or when they did, they ended up with something outdated and underwhelming. That’s why I created a monthly model that makes sense for real businesses: clear pricing, no big lump sums, and ongoing support included.
My pricing is simple and built around how small businesses actually operate. For an affordable monthly cost, you get a modern, professional website that’s kept up to date and built to perform. You don’t have to take a big financial risk or worry about your site being left behind.
At the end of the day, I’m not here to sell unnecessary features or overcomplicate things. You need a website that looks professional, works smoothly, and represents your business properly and yhat’s exactly what I deliver.
