The subscription has a 12-month minimum. After that it rolls month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
No problem — you can restart by signing a new 12-month agreement and we’ll get you live again.
The 12-month minimum still applies. If you cancel early, the remaining balance up to month 12 is due. This protects us from people taking a full build for just a couple of payments.
Payments are by Direct Debit, so there’s usually no issue. If a payment fails, we’ll retry and contact you. Continued non-payment may result in suspension and the remaining minimum term becoming payable.
We set you up on Direct Debit so payments come out automatically each month — no invoices to chase and no card fees.
One-time. If you need 3 extra pages, that’s £300 total — not monthly. Any custom features beyond pages are quoted separately by invoice.
If we can’t get you a design you’re happy with, we’ll refund what you’ve paid to get started. Once development begins, refunds aren’t automatic — they’re at our discretion. Extra work outside scope is billed separately.
Yes — subscriptions continue monthly after the minimum term so we can keep hosting, maintaining, and updating your site for you.
No — there’s no buyout option available on our monthly website package. Our monthly plan exists to make professional, high-performance websites accessible without large upfront costs. However, the economics only work if clients stay with us long-term. It typically takes 2–3 years of monthly payments (including hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support) before we reach what we would have made on a one-off £2,500 website. Allowing clients to buy out early would make that model unsustainable — we’d end up waiting years for full payment on each site, only for subscriptions to end early and need replacing. That constant churn would take time away from what matters most: supporting our existing clients. Our system is built to create reliable, long-term partnerships — not quick transactions. The predictable monthly income lets us focus on quality, proactive updates, and hands-on support, instead of constantly chasing new sales. In short, the monthly plan is designed for clients who want us as an ongoing digital partner — and the upfront plan exists for those who prefer to own the site outright.
Yes — unlimited edits can be added for £50/month (12-month minimum) paid by Direct Debit.
Monthly spreads the cost, includes hosting/maintenance/edits, and keeps everything handled for you. Lump-sum is paid upfront, cheaper over the long term, but ongoing updates/support aren’t included by default.
The lump-sum package is paid 50% upfront before development begins and 50% upon completion, before the website goes live.
Our local SEO starts from £300/month and scales based on locations, services, and how competitive your area is. We’ll scope it and agree the plan before we begin.
Yes, good local SEO works, especially for small local service businesses. It isn’t instant, but with the right on-page setup, local pages, citations, Google Business Profile optimisation, and steady backlinks, you’ll see gains in calls and enquiries.
Beware anyone who guarantees that. Timelines depend on competition and current authority. Some sites see movement in ~3 months; competitive areas can take 6–12 months. We’ll tell you what’s realistic up front.
Technical fixes, fast hosting, on-page optimisation, service & location pages, Google Business Profile optimisation, citation building/cleanup, and quality UK backlinks — plus tracking for rankings, traffic, and leads so you can see ROI.
Yes — we can audit your site, Google Business Profile, and citations to identify issues and prioritise quick wins. It’s the first step before any ongoing campaign.
Expect meaningful results in 3–6 months for lighter competition and 6–12 months in tougher areas. SEO is an investment — the payoff is predictable, organic leads without paying per click.
Most sites go live in around 2–4 weeks once we’ve got your content and photos. Timings depend on page count and how quickly we get approvals.
During the monthly plan you’re licensing the site. If you cancel after the 12-month minimum, you can buy it out for a one-off fee and host it yourself, or stay on monthly and we’ll keep everything handled for you.
Yes — your domain, logo, and any content you provide are yours. We never hold those hostage.
No — everything is custom-coded. That’s why our sites are fast, secure, and easy to maintain without plugin headaches.
Faster load times, better security, no plugin bloat, and fewer breakages. Static, clean code means fewer moving parts and a site that just works.
Your site won’t be left stranded. Another developer can step in and continue support, or you can buy out the code and host it yourself. Either way, your site stays online.
